“The printer worked great until it suddenly stopped working wirelessly and I am only able to print using a USB cable.I have tried all the usual tricks to get it to recognize the network but for some reason it always fails.I have rebooted the network.Ideas?”

If you call support they can usually help you remotely on your computer to fix it.
