- Answer Go into your printer setting on the desktop or laptop you are using and change the printer preferences to "standard". When it is set on "quality" or "high resolution" it will print slower although better quality.

QuestionI'm unable to scan from the printer to my PC. Is there suppose to be a lighted area on the Menu Screen? When I attempt to scan a Document to the PC I get a message saying ( Not) connected. Able to Fax; Copy and Print.

- Answer You will have to be hardwired to your PC if your PC is not wifi capable or fully connected via wifi to the printer

- Answer I haven't tried this, but there is a manual paper feeder on the back of the device that could accept heavier media such as card stock or transparencies.
