“I had issues with the new windows update so bought this printer did not work either so went back to previous update. Anyway I think it lost some of the info it needs to scan because now it will not scan without the usb cable”

Try putting your setup disc back in and running the wireless setup again - or roll back the drivers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try downloading and installing Cannon's scaner utility for Windows 10 (if that's what you're running). Seems to have fixed my problems. Hope it helps.
