- Answer this printer does not scan both sides at the same time. however you can individually scan one side then the other side. This printer can print on side and then flip the paper over and put it in the paper tray and it will print on the other side of the paper.

- Answer If you are asking if it can be connected to your computer without it being set up wirelessly then yes. It has a USB interface on it to connect via USB. Now if you are interested in the other features this printer has to offer other than priming documents from a device, such as making copies, then you can do that without any connection either wirelessly or connected to the computer through USB.
