A:Answer If you mean a duplicate of an existing paper document, open the lid, place the paper face down. Close the lid and press black ink button. The copy shoots out on the paper tray on the bottom. If you mean a copy of a digital doc on your pc or tablet, once you have the printer set up, just turn the printer on and follow the directions on the device you want to print from. Easy Peary.
