“Why isn't my Canon printer T56520a seen by my laptop or on my cell phone? Also the QR button never lights up. I have NOT hard wired it: I only plugged it in and I can print the test sheets. Thanks, Tom”

I don't know. I'm having the exact same problem. I can't get it to connect to my internet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Here because of the same. It keeps saying I need Microsoft Edge or Google, both of which I have on different devices I used. Checked VPN is off. The suggestion I've got via robo is to talk to a technician; however I want to be sure it is free as they advertise printer help for 150 (ish) $$, which sounds to me like return it. That's next.

Please try again later.this might help i'm not a computer expert but you might have to go to app store on your phone to download the App. sometimes depending on the phone it will do a search . the other thing you can do is use the little black and white square and download the manual when all else fails you can always ask the geek squad for help. i hope i helped a little good luck
