This printer constantly drops the connection with my computer. I mean constantly. It prints once and then, that's it. No more connection unless i reinstall the software. I don't know what's going on with this printer, but it's a mess. I bought it in December, but didn't open it until late January, well past the return date or I would have sent this thing back. Do yourself a favor and look for a more reliable machine.
