This can scan documents to either the built-in SD card slot, or to your computer. I just tried it moments ago, and it saves it to "My Documents" in Windows, which I could then copy to a thumb drive easily.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it doesn't have a USB port so there isn't a way to do that. However, if you have an online service like Google Drive, Onedrive, or Dropbox. You may link your account on the printer and scan and upload to one of those services. Or buy a card reader for your PC. You can also scan directly to the PC as long as you have connected both your printer and PC to your network, make sure you have installed the software from the disc on to your PC out of the box so the printer will recognize your PC as a scanning destination. You can also just connect your printer directly to your PC and have Windows software make your printer scan a document.
