• might not be compatible. Got to go on-line to be sure, but I remember reading something to that effect.

• Did you set it up wirelessly and connect it to your network? It should have been available during initial setup, but if you go into online manual for the printer, it should tell you how to connect to laptops or smartphones through Bluetooth. Hope it helps
