Will print OK on card stock. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, so it may not work under it. Good luck!

It was very difficult to set up and I could not get the scan function to work. There was no instructions to do so. Also it is very slow to "wake up". Takes too long to start printing. Because my wife is not concerned about scanning, I gave it to her as we decided to locate it in her office here at the house. I went out and purchased an HP Photo Envy 7855 printer and setup was a breeze! No problem at all. I'm running Windows 10, so I can't talk about Windows 7, but I don't see why it would not work. I have canon digital cameras, lens and printers in the past and never had any problems. I think that canon just missed on this printer.
