Log on to www.shop.usa.canon.com. Search "manuals". On the Service & Support page, scroll down and click Get Support Now. On the Welcome to Canon Support page, scroll down to the Self Help section. Under User Manuals, click Learn More. Scroll down and click Printers. On the next page, scroll down and click PIXMA TR Series. From the drop-down menu, click PIXMA TR8520. On the Manuals page, select the PDF manual you want for either Windows or Mac. Click View. Be prepared - the Windows manual is 598 pages!
