• Yes, I would say that it does. I followed the adjustment instructions that came with it. However, I don't remember if it was paper or from online & my printer is running great.

• I haven't had to make any adjustment and not sure how. It has worked flawlessly from the start. I've changed ink cartridges and didn't have to do any alignment either.
