QuestionHow do you get the printer to print on both sides? It happened to me once but I don't remeber what I did.

- Answer Generally the Duplex button will do it. Depending on the type of document (PDF, etc) you may have to go into properties where you can also choose duplex or printing two pages on one side and some other options,
