Yes.... for an all in one printer with a small footprint!

Yes this printer is acceptional quality and the colors are vivid. Printer cartridges are affordable.

The color isn't bad but not as good as some photo printers I have had.

NO!!! In my opinion the quality of the prints are about the same as a "cut rate" photo center. (See my review). That is why I took mine back.
