• You don't really need the USB cord anyway. All you need to do is take the SD card out of the camera and put it in your computer. The photos will download automatically.

• I was disappointed when this didn't have a USB cord as well, and no place to put one. I bought a USB adaptor for SD cards - After removing from camera I inset the SD card to the adaptor and plug the USB side into my pc. It's not complicated, just a different way from my last canon. On the plus side, these are relatively cheap online.

• I'm not sure if it comes with a camera, but to extend the life of the camera you should never upload pictures through the camera. It's best to always remove the memory card.
