“I notice that when using the Cannon Connect app, with my camera on a tripod & the screen flipped forward to face me; once the picture shows up on the app, I’m no longer able to see myself on the camera screen. Is there a way around this?”

I think that when you are transferring photos and in another app with wireless connection to your camera, you cannot see the screen also. Using an SD card reader to your phone or laptop transfers the photos instantly and then you don't need to use the wireless connection. I bought mine Insignia brand for only $14
