• No, it does not. You can switch either by using menu wheel or by turning the LCD screen inward and closing it. Not sure I phrased this well, but the short answer is no,

• No, it does not. I find the easiest way to switch is to close the screen if you want to use the viewfinder, otherwise there is a button to switch between the two. Actually part of the wheel that has several functions.
