Can the booklets that come with it be replaced? null

The manual is also available for download as a pdf online: http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/0/0300004720/01/eosrt3i-eos600d-im-en.pdf (note that "600D" is the name used in Europe - it's the same camera)

If you contact Canon USA customer service they can replace the product manuals included with your camera.
