Does this printer hook to usb I am not wireless null

Yes, you can print through USB Cable; but you need to buy the Cable. I had purchased a 10' USB Cable from Monoprice.Com and it worked fine. But then, decided to go with the manufacturer's recommendation of using a cable no longer than 8" 2" and purchased a 6' cable (also from Monoprice.Com) and it also works fine.
