• I believe this printer is specifically designed for photos. You may want to look at some of the laser printers for the applications you mentioned. Best Buy has, reasonably priced, and a good selection of laser printers

• The paper is only 4” X 6,” so I think they would be too small to read for me. If you wanted them that small you could screen shot pages and do them as photos.
