Yes you can. The camera has a 20x Zoom capability that can be used to focus very closely upon objects that are close or far away. You can increase or magnify the size on an object quite significantly with this device. I’ve been able to see objects that are hundreds of feet away very clearly with this camera using the powerful Zoom that it has.
