Where to get a lid replacement? It is so brittle. null

I called the company and the representative assured me that it doesn't sell or keep spare lids or any other parts on hand for sale or replacement The representative recommended that I try to take it back to the store if the manufacturer's warranty of 1 year was still good. Other than that, customers appear to be completely out of luck.
