Yes, I just moved to a unit with gas stove and have been using this kettle with it for the last 1 month. No issues so far.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The kettle is stainless steel so either a gas or an electric heat source should be ok. Nothing on the box stipulates that the kettle is restricted as to heat source.
