A:Answer I'm in agreement with you! There's items I have not purchased from Best Buy for this exact reason. For Best Buy, this translates to missed sales, missed customer service and other things. I would suggest and appreciate it if Best Buy would create an option for customers to buy the product at their local store by having the items shipped to the customer's store of their choice. Hopefully this helps and gives you a couple options.
