• Definitely not waterproof, but it appears to have a water repellant finish applied to the top and bottom shell. Zipper fabric doesn't appear to have this coating.

• It’s definitely not going to be waterproof but I don’t believe a little bit of water or rain will hurt the case or switch for that matter.
