The edges of the case keep the screen protector from touching a surface when it is face down - unless you press down on the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are barely raised over the edge, so if you want that extra protection I'd try another case or a screen protector. That said, I chose this case because it did NOT have that lip so it was a bit slimmer, and yet the very minimal edge helps with the screen a bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A bit late: The case has a bit of overhang on the corners so the screen shouldn't be touching the top of a flat table. Middle edges are barely short enough to keep it up too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Raised a lttlte
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The case has a small edge around it. The phone won't touch the surface it's laying on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ever so slightly raised.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When face down the screen touches the surface.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The case is raised about 2 mm above the screen. If you place the phone face down on a surface, the screen does not make contact. The case prevents contact.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's raised, so if the phone is on its face it will be resting on the case rather than the glass.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The case will protect the glass when the phone is face down on a table, the glass will not touch the table
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
