• Yes but the loop part of the drive would be outside of the case.

• not sure how large the expand is but this holds a normal size drive easily. The material is stretchy.

• @DcnAndy: The Case Logic USB201 USB Flash Drive Case will not fit the iXpand drive. The iXpand drive would only fit partially into this case; the curl of the iXpand is too large. Thank you for asking.
