“I need the manufacture information so I can send it in for the warranty”

The back of the box says to go to www.case-mate.com/warranty for more information on their limited lifetime warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please go to Case-Mate.com and underneath 'support', click on 'submit a warranty claim'. You will be required to attach photos of your damage/defective item, as well as a receipt showing proof of purchase. Case-Mate will then process your claim, and send your replacement, at no charge to you. In addition, you are not required to send back the defective item. We hope this helps and have a great day!
