• Yes, it closes with little to no problem. It does not have protruding handles/ knobs like on a standard piano, but it can be grasped and closed easily.

• yes - there is a cover for the keys that tucks back when in use and can be brought over the keys when not in use. My daughter has been playing regularly since she received it.

• Yes, it has a slide-out fallboard. It's not as sturdy as I would like, but it keeps dust and dirt out.
