- Answer Yes, it will work but this iPad does not have GPS built in, so you will need an external GPS receiver or go without position info in flight. IPads with cell capability, even if no active carrier plan, have GPS built in. - Answer If your credit card application was approved and you’ve been told your name is already in the issuer’s system, you might be able to use it for the purchase this iPad 128 GB, but only if the card is already active and you have the card number.
