• Its 3rd Party refurbished and had some light signs of wear but nothing major. Also comes re-packaged with a non oem charger and doesn't update past iOS 11

• The ipad I received was refurbished by a company called JemJem. Upon setup we recognized that the product didn’t hold charge at all. JemJem included multiple return instruction cards in the box ( they must get a lot of returns) telling us to return directly to them, not Best Buy. We sent it back to them and have yet to receive an exchange or refund. It’s been over a month! Terrible communication from customer service. Not at all to what I have become accustomed to with Best Buy purchases.
