• You should see a WiFi label on the actual garage door opener. It should be on the side facing down. You can also look it up on Chamberlain.com.

• Yes. I installed it on a Chamberlain opener that was installed back in 2004. Plus, MyQ is built by Chamberlain, so the install was quick and easy.

• My 2017 unit has a MYQ logo on the side. Hope yours does too. Go to product website and see if you’re model is listed as compatible.
