how do I reset the wifi id and password null

You can get to the wifi settings from the app on the mobile phone. 1. Tap the upper left of the screen the 3 horizontal lines. 2. Tap the GEAR icon next to Device Management 3. Tap on "Hub" 4. Tap "Change Wi-Fi settings" You will need to be near the hub where you can see the lights on the device, and be able to see solid blue, blinking green, blinking blue and green, etc. I haven't had to do this yet so you might need to improvise a bit.

Go into the myQ app and in the top-left corner, tap the menu bar, then tap your name on the the bottom-left; this will get you into your security settings so you can change your info.
