The hub will need to be in the same garage as the garage door. The hub itself should be installed 4-6 feet from each motor head. If you need assistance with your opener or any questions or concerns, please contact us at 800-528-9131. We are available M-F, 5am-6pm, MST, and on Saturday 7am-4pm, MST.
