It's great for Luzianne and Lipton teas but something about Tetley brand is very incompatible with this device. I simply would not suggest anyone use it with Tetley brand. The general description indicates it is for tea-making, so not sure why your Tetley is special from any other tea.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would think it would work okay in the tea holder that comes with the pot. It has different heat settings for different kinds of tea. The only con is it only keeps the tea hot for 30 minutes after it is finished making; also, some teas will stain the inside bottom which is not a big deal really. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I put the tea bags in the infuser or once the water finishes boiling I add the tea bags directly to the water and let the tea get as strong as I like. I also add my sweetener at that time as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This kettle comes with an infuser that hold quite a lot! I rarely ever fill it even half way and still make quality teas of many varieties. When you're done with the tea leaves, just empty the infuser, rinse it out and you're good to go! Or don't rinse it if you're making more of the same tea. Either way.
