can this kettle be used to make coffee? null

Inside it? Maybe? I would not. It would be difficult to clean. I use it to make hot water to make coffee in my French press and my aeropress.

I have a French Press and use the kettle to heat the water all the time in making regular coffee. Since I enjoy instant coffee, (using really hot water generates a very high quality cup of coffee) I use this when I am making only one cup at a time. There is a metal filter inside the pot spout , if you wanted to you COULD use this to make coffee directly and filter out the grounds. But why?

It can only be used to heat water. You can use the water for instant coffe.
