I just solved the same problem. The plunger that punctures the pod was plugged. Coffee pot cleaner didn’t work so I disconnected the lid by prying off the connecting arm with a screw driver so I could the remove the upper assembly. Then I used the screw driver to pry off the rubber connecting tube. Then I pushed a small drill bit through the puncture tit and a plug of coffee grounds came out. Reassemble and it works fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine just started doing the same thing! It means the suction part is clogged with grounds and whatnot. Pour an ounce of white vinegar in, then fill the rest with water and run it. It might take a few tries (I think I had to try it five or six times), but once it goes, run plain water through it another time or two and you should be good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to mine 2 weeks ago. It’s 2 months old. I don’t have any suggestions, just showing solidarity in hopes that someone will help us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Of course I threw my directions away, so I googled it. To clean it you use about 13 ounces of water and 1 ounce of vinegar. Push the power button below and hold it in until it starts blinking. It will take about 20 minutes to complete the cycle and it will start and stop a few times. I just did it and I ran clean water through it and it works just fine.
