• A:Answer Unlike a traditional oven, this one does not have a temperature indicator to let you know when it reaches the desired temperature. Some have recommended adding a few more minutes to the timer when you start heating to allow it to warm up to the proper temperature.

• A:Answer I had to contact CHEFMAN warranty to get a new oven sent out to me. I had the same issue. The oven finally died 11 months later for me after the knob issue happened. I hope you get your new oven through CHEFMAN as well.
