- Answer I bought mine Dec 19/2020 & it has quit heating.It has a 1 year warranty. I contacted them by e-mail because they never answer their phone !!! I was contacted back by e-mail asking for a copy of the original invoice & some man dates etc. 12 days later. It has been another 10 days w/no response !! I tried calling them again & finally hung up after 1hour & 10 minutes on hold. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS AIR FRYER !!!!!!!!!!

- Answer Max temp is 450°. Yes you can bake breads and cakes with this. Bundt size, round and loaf pans will fit.

- Answer Found this book. Check your local library and see if you can borrow it or see if they have an electronic version for your mobile phone, tablet, or computer. Try Cuisinart they know all about cooking and it's for beginner's.

QuestionHello. This oven does not seem to have a tight seal when closed..I close it all the way but when air frying I see air seeping out the top by the knobs..it seems to be cooking normal though..is this normal?

- Answer Specs: "93.3 – 204.4 °C (200 – 450 °F) temperature range " I have dehydrated in a round air fryer, temperature 109 F, approximately. Worked fine. For my needs 200 is high. Look to see recommended dehydration temperatures other recommend to use. One can use and ordinary oven, so if temp range suitable for your purposes, no reason why not. Certainly much more convenient to use than the one I used and this has higher capacity and better ease of use for dehydrating purposes.
