• My Timer advances as it cooks and it turns off when the time is expired. Contact the company about a defective timer and get it exchanged.

• If timer is not advancing then there is something wrong because the time should decrease as it cooks

• Must be at least 5 mins set. Try setting for 20mins with no heat. Should fix for you.

• There is a small dot on the timer dial that indicates the amount of time left. That moves, but it looks like the timer is not turning.
