QuestionIs there any way to mute the unit so it stops beeping after cook time has been completed? We can’t seem to find anywhere online for this unit how to turn off sound, and we have to keep unplugging the unit if we want it to stop beeping.

QuestionI have the chefman 6 air fryer. the door will not shut. I have tried everything, and the racks are in the correct position. What is wrong. It will close but will not stay shut??????

- Answer If i leave my door open for too long it won't latch/stay shut. I take out one of the inside racks, close the door, and prop the rack up under the handle to hold it shut. After a few minutes it will be fine again!

- Answer Must be over safe dish . Yes u can aluminum foil . I never used parchment paper so not sure about it.

QuestionI just received mine in the mail yesterday. I read all of the instructions and tried to heat something up. Plugged it in pressed the buttons and then go to start button and nothing!! Am I doing somthing wrong?

- Answer Yes, Just hold the start button on top for about 3 seconds. The unit then powers down

- Answer It was a gift to my daughters and they love it. They haven’t done burgers in it yet, but I’m almost positive it can grill burgers on the rack it came with. They grill fish, and chicken.
