“Is there a specific cookbook that applies to this particular oven?”

• It comes with a recipe booklet with about 20 recipe's. It does not come with any other time/temp guide for basic foods which I wish had been included. So for me it's google for an answer, or trial and error.....watch close to what's cooking the first time and write it down so I rememeber. (There are 2 pages in the back of recipe booklet for keeping notes which I use to jot the cook times down.
