“Just purchased.. it says turns off when timer goes off. It appears to stop cooking but I still hear it and it still says end for exactly 5 minutes. Unless I press end or open door. Every mode does this. Is this a normal feature?”

• Yes, it's a normal feature, and it mentions it in the manual. Once you open it, then it stops.
