• Sure, the temp can be adjusted to allow for food to simply be heated.

• Yes, I warm food up so doesn't get soggy in microwave, comes out with a crisp

• Sure it can. Lower settings and not as long as originally cooked.

• Yes, but I find that it takes much longer than the microwave, and doesn't get as hot as I would like--I like 'just out of the oven' temperature, allowing for the excess heat to slowly disperse. I'm still experimenting, but so far the lack of crispiness from a microwave on reheating has not been a problem.
