“I have a Ring Pro. I am able to change the chime on the Chime Pro but the ringtone on the doorbell itself remains the same. How can I change the ringtone on the doorbell so that it matches the new one on the Chime?”

I asked the same question. I just recommend turning off your volume for the ring doorbell and use only the chime pro and also if you haven’t for your homes actual doorbell that the home came with. Shut it off.
