Call ring for help. They got me thru it and were very kind.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing. I had to go into the chime in the app and adjust the settings. Then it worked great. If that doesn't work you might have reset and add the device again. I've also had mine quit working and I had to do that to get it working again.
