To my knowledge, it only does that for setup, then it should go to your home WiFi. If you don’t have a router and your own WiFi I’m your home this could be the problem. I would suggest deleting it from your profile and start the setup from scratch.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to the "connect to wifi/reconnect to wifi" section on your device home page. Click on the wifi channel you're connected to & you should get a list of other wifi connections at your location. Choose the wifi channel you want to connect to. You may have to push the button on the side of the Ring chime pro to go into setup mode. One thing I have learned is that sometimes when I try to program the units through my smartphone, I have to close the app & restart my phone. Then, all is well. Kind of when you get locked up playing a computer game. You have to shut down the system & reboot (start the process again).
