“Once I have Ring Chime Pro set up and working. It's been 3 days. Can I unplug it and move it to another locaton without having to re-set it up again?”

Yes you can. Ours has been moved 3 times trying to get the best functional location.

I was able to move it without having to re-setup. Think of it as a power outage. Most items will not need to be setup again once power comes back

As long as you still want it connected to the same WiFi. and the same devices. Otherwise you will have to change the setting in the app.
