• Contact ring support. They walk you thru all issues. Was on phone with them for 5 min cause of a WiFi connection and they knew exactly what I did wrong

• I don’t think the cameras have enough electricity to power them up. You also have to check how strong your WiFi connection is. You might need to buy a WiFi extender, if that’s the cas.
