Suggest you call Ring customer service and they should be able to walk you thru a fix.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contact ring support. They walk you thru all issues. Was on phone with them for 5 min cause of a WiFi connection and they knew exactly what I did wrong

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t think the cameras have enough electricity to power them up. You also have to check how strong your WiFi connection is. You might need to buy a WiFi extender, if that’s the cas.
