“If one has scoliosis- mid back and tail bone, is this device going to help or hinder?”

• I have scoliosis and haven’t encountered a problem. They’re not as easy to use as a foam roller and they’re not as comfortable because they’re essentially stiff plastic, but there’s no direct pain in the spine.

• I have same back issues along with a few others back issues you just need to find the right size wheel so it’s not so painful. I found the medium to be the most comfortable

• I would check with your doctor, but I would think that if you have a curvature, then the roller may not work. There is a "groove" for the spine to rest in while rolling and if the spine moves out of that groove, it might be uncomfortable
